Quality Standard
FONASBA Quality Standard is a quality certificate with international recognition, issued by the Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents (FONASBA).
The Ship Agent’s profession has undregone important changes in recent years as a result of increased responsibility towards the adoption of new laws and regulations, both within the national and international order.
In the search of a quality estándar that shall fully meet the requirements of the ship agent’s activity, the Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents (FONASBA) determined the criteria to reflect the reality of members in terms of responsibility, liability, commercial situation and high level of service.
Centro de Navegación, as its sole representative in Argentina, developed and achieved the approval of the criteria for the implementation of the requirements of the Fonasba Quality Standard program.
